The general conditions of Use and Business (General Conditions) govern the access and use of the web site, accessible through the domain http://tickets.artdidatik.com/ (The Website)
Log in to the Website is completed by the term User (the User) and it implies consent to all the terms of the General Conditions. If the User does not accept the terms of the General Conditions, he/she must refrain from completing any ticket buying operation by using the appropriate sales channels.
By accepting the General Conditions the user claims :

Login is free unless there is a connection fee billed by the access provider via the network to the User who has responsability for this fee.
3 – Rules of conduct for website.
The user is obliged to use the website and all it’s content and services as is outlined by law, decency and public order and the aforementioned General Conditions, refraining from using them for illegal purposes or actions constituting and offence which infringe on the rights of third parties or on any rules outlayed in the corresponding legal system.
4 – Ticket Sales

– Website (an online ticket purchase service on the website)
During the ticket purchase process and always before the completion of same, the User will have full details of the full price of the tickets, including taxes, and a detailed breakdown of the price increases, discounts applicable to offers and extra costs applicable to the User, who, is the sole responsible party for supplying his personal details correctly along with the bank details required for the transaction.
The event and /or show organizers establish the terms of the conditions of the shows and tickets and they supply artdidaktik.com with tickets available for purchase to the public through various distribution channels, of which one is this Sales Outlet.
5 – Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on the website,the limitless texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and all other audio-visual content or sound effects along with its graphic design and source code are the intellectual property of Artdidaktik or of a third party and none of the exploitation rights reflected in the current regulations can be granted to the User in relation to the intellectual property of these rights.
The brands, trade names or distinctive signs that appear on the website are owned by http://tickets.artdidaktik.com/ or by a third party to which the User has no rights.
6 – Conditions of Procurement.
A. Main features of the shows and /or events.
The main features of the shows and / or events offered by http://tickets. artdidaktik.com/ can be accessed via the website on the fact sheet.
B. Contract. Order of precedence.
The purchase of tickets is governed by the General Conditions herein and by special terms and conditions that may appear on the website or specified on the purchase confirmation e mail or by the terms and conditions of the organizing or promoting bodies, of the event or of the exhibition grounds, which can be consulted on the corresponding websites or at the ticket office at the exhibition.
In the event of any conflict between the aforementioned documents, discrepancies can be solved, if the need so arises, by following this order of precedence :(1) The special Terms and Conditions that appear on the purchase confirmation e mail (2) The Terms and Conditions of the organizing and purchasing bodies of the event and /or the exhibition grounds and (3) The General Conditions ( known from now on as The Contract)
The user may complete the contract either in Spanish( Castillian) or in other languages once that option has been made available. In the event of discrepancies between the Spanish version and the versions in other languages, the Spanish version will prevail.
C. Purchase confirmation and ticket collection.
If the purchasing process has been completed successfully, the purchase confirmation will appear on the screen with a locator number.
The locator number is a unique form of identification for the purchase completed by the User and it’s the way the staff at http://tickets.artdidaktik.com will identify your purchase in the event of wanting to make a query.
In addition, the User will receive a confirmation e mail at the address that has been furnished by the User. The tickets can be downloaded from the confirmation screen or /and from the purchase confirmation e mail.
D. The purchase process.
At the purchase process, the User must indicate the required data. The ticket purchase system uses a safe server and the latest coding technology.
The purchases may be subject to safety checks. The operation may be cancelled by http:// tickets.artdidaktik.com/ if it doesn’t pass the verification process.
E. Pricing and extra costs.
The ticket prices include VAT, directly applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified, and, in any event, are always expressed in the Euro currency. These prices, unless stated otherwise, do not include delivery costs by courier to the User, ticket cancelation insurance or any other additional service or extra which will be clearly indicated to the User as an additional cost during or before completing the purchasing process.
7 – Right of withdrawal
The User must ensure the accuracy of the data given before completing the purchasing process as tickets can not be returned once the purchase has been made. An inability to attend the show or reporting an error during the purchasing process are not reasons to warrant ticket refund.

In this way, the User will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal or termination outlined in the article 103 of the Law 3/2014, 27th of March, which consequently amends the text of the General Legislative on Consumer and User Protection and additional measures, which has been approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007of the 16th of November, as the exercise of this law has been excluded in this case.
8 – Null and Void Clauses
If any one of the clauses included here in the General Conditions were to be declared totally or partially invalid or ineffective, that invalidity or ineffectiveness would only affect the provision in question or the part of the provision declared invalid or ineffective, while the remaining General Conditions will remain in effect, not including the totally or partially invalid/ineffective clause.

9 – The General Conditions will be available to the User on the website.
http://tickets artdidaktik.com/ reserve the right to amend the General Conditions at any given time by notifying the Users of the amended /updated version of the General Conditions via publication on the website.
In addition, the right to amend at any given time the layout, settings and localization of the website as well as the content and the conditions of use required, is reserved.
10 – Relevant legislation
The General Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to the common Spanish legislation, amongst others the Royal Decree 1/2007 and General Law of Consumer and User Protection as well as the Law 34/2002 for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.
11 – Competent Jurisdiction
In any litigation case between http://tickets.artdidatik.com/ and the User, the User may take legal action before the Spanish Courts at the registered address of http://tickets.artdidatik.com/ or before the Courts of the place of residence of the User.
