Return and refund policy

The order can be canceled at any time and no cost if it is communicated before the order
has been collected by the shipment company. Otherwise you must wait to receive the order
to process the return.
For returns send an email request for the return to info@artdidaktik.com no later than 14
working days from the date you received the product. The return product and accessories
must be in perfect original condition (Catalogue with plastic envelop and 3D glasses) for the
refund. The Client will be responsible for the return costs.
In case of product damage the Company will collect the product and replace it with another
in good condition, without additional charges.
