There isn’t a minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children under five years of age have free admission once entry has been previously requested at the ticket office and the child has been identified correctly. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a family member/adult or teacher /tutor in the case of school tours.
Food and drink is not allowed inside the exhibition.
If you would like to take home a keepsake of the exhibition, there is a shop you will find at the end of your visit offering a wide range of products which may be of interest to you.
The average visit lasts 90 minutes. Consult our opening hours to plan your visit so you can make sure you see it all!!

Children’s strollers and baby seats are allowed into the exhibition.
Due to health and safety regulations, the cloakroom service has been suspended but we have a locker’s service with limited availability. The following items are not permitted at the exhibition:
There is access available for people with reduced mobility and those using wheel chairs. For visitors with reduced mobility we have a limited number of wheelchairs which can be reserved prior to your visit. For more information contact info@desafiodali.com
Non flash photography and video is allowed, except at the space of the surrealism where is forbidden. The use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and mobile stands is not permitted.

In order to ensure a comfortable experience for everybody, access to the exhibition is in half hourly slots . You must select an exact day and time when purchasing your tickets and organise your visit correctly. Once inside, you may stay as long as you desire. The average visit takes 90 minutes.
In this case, we will try and ensure you ge through on the next slot depending on availability and visitor capacity. We recommend you arrive on time as we cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the pre assigned slot that appears on your ticket when there is full visitor capacity.
